We have been guided directly by our county to ensure safe and proper opening following all protocol.
Below you will find our adult program schedule starting July 6th, 2020. Please note there are some classes VIA ZOOM and some classes IN PERSON - OUTSIDE (they are labeled as such). Private lessons and semi-private lessons are available IN-STUDIO.
IN PERSON - OUTSIDE classes will be held at Torguson Park, weather permitting. Weather Plan - classes labeled IN PERSON - OUTSIDE will run unless they are rained out, in which case we will post on our website (one hour prior to class start time), that the class will move to zoom. If you are unsure if the class is happening outside or not, check our website one hour prior to class start time. Please keep in mind that we will only post when we have to move to zoom!
Torguson Park: 750 E North Bend Way, North Bend, WA 98045
It is an absolute MUST that all students and staff follow these steps to ensure everyone’s safety.
Outdoor classes are allowed, but students must be in groups of five AND stay 6 feet apart! Please see my drawings below. Teacher must be in designated teacher position (as shown in below drawings). If you do not follow these formations of people, you are putting people and survival of IGNITE at risk! If you see anyone not following our protocol please let me know immediately! (425) 292-9880 (we will have staff back in the studio to take phone calls starting Monday, July 6th)… or email ~ email@example.com. I would prefer that everyone keep their mask on until they are in proper formation!
If you have not already filled out our COVID-19 Waiver, please do so now through your mindbody account http://mindbodyonline.com. You must have your waiver complete to take class.
All students attending outdoor adult classes with IGNITE must be members, staff, or have signed up for a drop-in class on Mindbody before attending class. If you need assistance we are happy to help! Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org). Teachers will “take roll” at the beginning of all outdoor classes.
We are going to start this phase with holding the majority of our 9:45am weekday yoga classes, and 9:00am weekend yoga classes IN PERSON - OUTSIDE (classes labeled as such below).
HUGE THANKS for all of your feedback and support! We absolutely love our community, and are hoping to grow our adult program, even during this pandemic! For those of you who have asked what you can do to help…. It’s really just spreading the word! If you can help us out with five star reviews on google and/or mindbody, that also helps attract new clients. Sincere thanks in advance!

"Hi - since the guidance speaks to groups of 5 max and 6 feet apart from each other and the next groups, if the space is so large as to accommodate that in large numbers, it seems like it’s consistent with the guidance. Again though, it’s 6 feet apart not just one group to another, but one person to another in each group." - Cynthia (from King County)
From Inslee’s Directive:
“In Phase 2, team practice can resume if a) players are limited to groups of five in separate parts of the field, separated by a buffer zone and b) practice can follow social distancing of a minimum of five feet between players with no contact. Each league, organization, or club must publish and follow a “return to play” safety plan. Parents and household members must not congregate on the sidelines during practice.”
