Stretch & Strength is a class that provides dancers tools to maintain proper dance facilities. This class will focus on conditioning, flexibility, proper alignment, and injury prevention.

Yoga Trapeze.

Ages 7 + Up

The Yoga Trapeze, the world’s #1 inversion yoga sling used by over 100,000 students in 81 countries and counting. While many of the yoga poses we do on the Yoga Trapeze look very similar to their mat-based counterparts, the dynamics are very unique. The Yoga Trapeze demands a great deal of upper body and core strength even with the most basic of movements such as getting in and out of the sling. 

  • Tues 5:30 - 6:30

Dress Code

Option 1
Choice of tights, bike shorts, jazz pants, jazz capris, form-fitting tank tops, sports bras, workout tops, or leotards.
Option 2
T-shirt, tank top, basketball shorts or leggings. No baggy shirts or pants.
Hair
Hair must be up and out of the face. Pulled back in order to spot (messy bun) – no long ponytails. (unless specified by your teacher).
Shoes
Barefeet.
No jewelry
